We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller/Project Assistant , who is interested in being part of a growing and dynamic team in Innisfail, AB.

Document Control/Project Assistant are responsible for records management tasks and activities assigned to support effective records management services. They possess knowledge and experience in all areas of document/data management, including identification, creation, use, retrieval, access, retention, turnover, preferably in an engineering/construction/manufacturing environment. They are also responsible for managing document flow and storage through various functions and processes and assisting the Project Management department with document management.

As an Ideal candidate, you possess;

  • Prior experience in document control, project management with an manufacturing company, and/or dealing with EPCMs
  • Knowledge in SharePoint Administration
  • Knowledge of electronic document/data management systems (DocBoss).
  • Knowledge of M2M Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Familiar with Project Management processes and Oil and Gas industry standards
  • Above average knowledge of MS Office (g. Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook) with an aptitude for learning new programs
  • College graduate in business administration or technologies and at least 2-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination
  •
