Back in January, 2023 Azolla Hydrogen proudly announced new strategic partnerships which included our very own CEO, Robert Bilton.
“We are honored to welcome Mr. Bilton, Mr. Goertzen, and Mr. Collicutt to our board,” said Jared Sayers, Azolla’s President and CEO. “These new members’ combined industry experience and strong strategic leadership skills will be invaluable to Azolla as we grow our business and pursue our strategic goals including increasing employment in Alberta.”
This Red Deer-based company, a hydrogen producer focused on supplying the transportation sector in North America has a mission to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon hydrogen to reduce carbon emissions. Their main objective is to generate value through the decentralized production and delivery of fuel-cell spec hydrogen to their customers.
Azolla Hydrogen also announced the successful commissioning of the AZ225 Biodrome unit, which is now fully operational. "The unit has undergone rigorous testing and has performed exceedingly well. We would like to recognize the Alberta vendors and suppliers that made this happen, with a special thank you to the incredible team at Bilton Welding and Manufacturing Ltd."
